Organic Quality from Germany

Barley grass is considered a true superfood due to its abundance of nutrients and is often used to support the immune system, for detoxification and to promote general health.

The young green of the barley plant contains particularly high amounts of vitamins (vitamin C, vitamin A, B vitamins, vitamin E), minerals and trace elements (calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, zinc, selenium), chlorophyll, enzymes, all essential amino acids, antioxidants (flavonoids and polyphenols), dietary fibre, phytosterols and lutein.

Good thing we paid attention to that

The production of our organic barley grass powder capsules takes place in several steps, in which we pay particular attention to preserving the nutrients and active compounds of the barley grass.

The barley grass is grown on certified organic fields in southern Germany, without the use of chemical fertilisers, pesticides or herbicides. The grass is usually harvested in spring, when it is about 10–15 cm tall, as it has the highest nutrient content at this stage.

The subsequent, very elaborate freeze-drying process preserves maximum freshness and nutrient density.

The final production step before the final quality control and filling into our own vegan capsules is milling into powder. For this, we use slow, specialised mills without heat exposure, in order to protect sensitive nutrients such as chlorophyll, vitamins and enzymes here too.

Production takes place exclusively in Germany under the strictest requirements.

Dosage

Recommended intake

Take 2x3 capsules daily, e.g. 3 in the morning and 3 in the evening, with sufficient liquid. Preferably after a meal.

Ich hatte vorher immer Gerstengras als Pulver und fand das Anrühren lästig, deshalb bin ich auf diese Kapseln umgestiegen. Sie sind geschmacksneutral und lassen sich leicht schlucken, gerade morgens ein echter Vorteil. Ich nehme drei Stück am Tag und habe das Gefühl, dass meine Verdauung ruhiger geworden ist. Einen halben Stern ziehe ich ab, weil man schon einige Kapseln braucht, um an die Pulvermenge heranzukommen. Insgesamt aber eine feine Sache, die ich weiterempfehle.
