Shipping policy

Shipping Costs for Consumers (incl. statutory VAT)
Once you have completed your order, we process and dispatch it within 24 hours, i.e. one business day (Monday to Friday).
As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive a separate shipping notification by email with a DHL tracking number.
We use neutral shipment packaging that does not permit any conclusions to be drawn about its contents. Delivery time within Germany is 1-2 business days, to Austria 1-3 business days, and within the EU 2-5 business days.

Germany: €3.90 (free of charge from an order value of €30)
Austria: €4.95 (free of charge from an order value of €50)
Europe: €8.95 (free of charge from an order value of €250)
Non-EU countries: €19.74 (free of charge from an order value of €250)

Klarna Payment Notice:
In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Schweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna in each case:
- Invoice: The payment term is 14 days from dispatch of the goods/ticket or, for other services, from the provision of the service. - Installment Purchase (available in Germany only): With Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least EUR 6.95) or under the terms otherwise stated at checkout. The installment payment is due at the end of each month following receipt of a monthly invoice from Klarna. - Sofort: Your account will be debited immediately after the order is placed.
- Direct Debit: The debit takes place after the goods are dispatched. You will be notified of the date by email. (Please list here only those payment methods that you actually offer.)
Use of the payment methods invoice, installment purchase, and direct debit requires a positive credit check. Accordingly, as part of the initiation and processing of the purchase contract, we forward your data to Klarna for the purpose of address and credit checks. Please understand that we can only offer you those payment methods that are permissible based on the results of the credit check.
