How do I cancel my subscription?
Anytime in your customer account — two clicks, effective immediately. There is no minimum term and no notice period, and you don't have to call or write to us.
Which delivery rhythms are available?
Every 30, 60 or 90 days. You choose the rhythm when ordering and can change it later at any time — for example if you still have plenty at home.
Can I skip or postpone a delivery?
Yes. A few days before each delivery you get an email reminder — one click is enough to skip it or push it back two weeks. You can do both in your account at any time, plus pause for 60 days.
Do coupon codes work on subscriptions?
Yes — on your first subscription delivery. After that your ongoing 13% subscription price continues. The 5% volume discount from 3 products is added automatically.
Which payment methods can I use for a subscription?
PayPal and credit card — only these two can be stored securely for recurring deliveries. For one-off orders all other payment methods remain available as usual. Your payment details are encrypted at Shopify, we never see them.
What does shipping cost?
From 30 € order value we ship free of charge within Germany. Delivery is with DHL, usually within 1–3 working days.
