Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty-one days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is thirty-one days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods: - in the case of a contract for several goods ordered by the consumer as part of a single order and delivered separately, from the day on which you or such third party took possession of the last item of goods; - in the case of a contract for the regular delivery of goods over a defined period, from the day on which you or such third party took possession of the first item of goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Scheunengut-ltd, Chatzifradou 31C, 7060 Leivadia-CY, Tel.: +49 531 61893999, Email: info@scheunengut.de) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, although this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, not later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
