Griffonia seeds contain a very specific active compound that, unfortunately, we're no longer permitted to name here. This compound is nevertheless particularly helpful, as it is a precursor to serotonin, the body's own ‘happiness hormone’. Griffonia works naturally to lift mood, boost energy, and support sleep.

Tryptophan is likewise converted into the neurotransmitter serotonin, which is responsible for regulating mood and sleep.

Tyrosine is a precursor to dopamine, another neurotransmitter that influences mood and cognitive function.

Vitamin B5 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal mental performance, and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Vitamin B6, folic acid and vitamin B12 contribute to normal functioning of the nervous system, normal psychological function, and normal function of the immune system.

For our special Energy Boost formulation, we left nothing to chance. We use a bioavailable griffonia seed extract whose effects have already been confirmed in countless studies. Griffonia is an African climbing plant that has been used for centuries in traditional medicine and cooking for its high nutrient content. Our raw material comes exclusively from Ghana, where our farmer cultivates it on a 1,000 m² plot near the coast. The caffeine contained in the complex is extracted from tea leaves.
