Recommended intake

Ich gehöre zu den Menschen, die tägliche Nahrungsergänzung ständig vergessen. Deshalb war dieses Depot mit nur einer Tablette alle fünf Tage genau das Richtige für mich. Ich habe mir einfach feste Tage notiert und komme so nie durcheinander. Die hohe Dosierung mit 5.000 I.E. und das enthaltene K2 finde ich super kombiniert. Gerade jetzt im Winter merke ich, dass ich weniger schlapp bin, zumindest ist das mein Eindruck. Die Tablette ist winzig, geschmacksneutral und liegt nicht im Magen. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Ich hatte vorher ein tägliches D3-Präparat und habe es ständig vergessen. Mit dem Depot hier ist das kein Thema mehr, weil man nur jeden fünften Tag eine Tablette nimmt, das merke ich mir sogar ohne Wecker. Die hohe Dosierung mit 5.000 I.E. finde ich für die Wintermonate genau richtig. Dass K2 direkt enthalten ist, spart mir ein zweites Präparat. Vertragen habe ich die kleinen Tabletten von Anfang an bestens, kein Drücken im Magen, kein Geschmack. Ich habe subjektiv das Gefühl, morgens leichter aus dem Bett zu kommen.
