Coenzyme Q10 (also known as ubiquinone) is a fat-soluble substance that plays a central role in the energy production of cells. It is found in almost all cells of the body, especially in the mitochondria, known as the "powerhouses" of the cell. Here, Coenzyme Q10 produces the energy the body needs for its basic functions.

It also has strong antioxidant properties, supports heart health, promotes brain function and can help slow the visible signs of skin ageing.

Coenzyme Q10 can be obtained through food, especially from foods such as meat (particularly organs like heart and liver), oily fish (salmon, mackerel), nuts, seeds and vegetable oils. The body can also produce it itself, but production declines with age.

Good thing we paid attention to the details

The production of our Coenzyme Q10 through plant-based fermentation is a natural, environmentally friendly process based on microorganisms. These produce Coenzyme Q10 during their metabolism, which is then isolated and purified. This method delivers a highly pure and bioavailable end product.

For the fermentation process we use only renewable raw materials and refrain from using environmentally harmful solvents.

The dried Coenzyme Q10, with a standardised 98% ubiquinone content, is finally filled into our own vegan capsule shells. 100% free from additives, colorants or fillers. Production has always taken place under the strictest requirements in Germany – without compromise.

Take 1 capsule daily with sufficient liquid. Can be taken at any time of day.
