IRON BISGLYCINATE + VITAMIN C

As our source of iron, we use iron bisglycinate – an organically bound chelate form in which the iron is bound to the amino acid glycine. This makes it especially gentle on the stomach and highly bioavailable, without the typical stomach discomfort.

In addition, there's natural vitamin C from rose hips, which supports iron absorption. Together, they contribute to normal energy metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue – exactly when you're feeling worn out.

Mein Eisenwert war lange im Keller und ich war ständig müde und schlapp. Seit ich das Eisenbisglycinat nehme, geht es mir deutlich besser, ich bin wieder belastbarer und die bleierne Müdigkeit ist weg. Anders als bei anderen Eisenpräparaten habe ich hier keinerlei Magenprobleme, das war für mich entscheidend. Das zugesetzte natürliche Vitamin C hilft wohl bei der Aufnahme. Eine Kapsel täglich reicht mir. Absolute Empfehlung.

Dieses Eisenbisglycinat vertrage ich deutlich besser als frühere Präparate, mir wird davon nicht flau im Magen. Ich nehme eine Kapsel morgens, sie ist klein und leicht zu schlucken. Nach einigen Wochen fühle ich mich merklich weniger schlapp. Das natürliche Vitamin C zur besseren Aufnahme finde ich sinnvoll. Nur der Preis ist etwas höher, daher vier Sterne.
