Ich hatte lange Probleme, abends zur Ruhe zu kommen und einzuschlafen. Praktisch finde ich die Sollbruchstelle, so kann ich die Dosis bei Bedarf halbieren. Die Tabletten sind klein und leicht zu schlucken.
