High-dose fermented garlic extract 25:1 with 15% polyphenols & S-allylcysteine

Black garlicIt contains a variety of bioactive compounds that are produced through the fermentation process of fresh garlic. This process enhances the effect of some active ingredients and reduces the typical garlic odor.

• S-allylcysteine ​​(SAC)The main active ingredient in black garlic is known for its antioxidant properties. It protects cells from oxidative stress, supports liver function, and helps lower blood pressure.

Ourblack garlic extractThis product is made from fermented garlic cloves of Spanish garlic bulbs and is standardized to a guaranteed polyphenol content of at least 15%. We source the garlic cloves, already fermented on-site, from a 30m² field exclusively cultivated for us. The subsequent gentle drying process takes place at a maximum temperature of 40°C on white cloths in a small hall. Once the moisture content approaches zero, the bulbs are pulverized using a special process.

The extraction process is dual: once with pure steam for all water-soluble ingredients and once with food-grade alcohol for all fat-soluble ingredients. As always, no chemical solvents are used, thus fully preserving the natural purity of the high-quality raw material.

The dried, pure 25:1 extract is then filled into our own vegan capsules. 100% free of additives, colorings, or fillers. Production has always taken place in Germany under the strictest regulations – without compromise.
