Outstanding Premium Active Ingredient

Black garlic is created through the slow fermentation of fresh garlic – completely without the typical odor, but with an increased content of valuable plant compounds. Its main active compound S-allyl cysteine (SAC) is known for its antioxidant effect.

Our extract is highly concentrated (25:1) and standardized to 15% polyphenols, with 750 mg per capsule. In natural medicine, fermented garlic is traditionally valued for heart and circulation – a pure, low-odor natural product.

Good thing we paid attention to that

Our black garlic extract is obtained from fermented garlic cloves of Spanish garlic bulbs and is standardized to a guaranteed content of at least 15% polyphenols. We source the on-site fermented garlic cloves from a field of 30 m² cultivated exclusively for us. The subsequent gentle drying at a maximum of 40°C takes place on white cloths in a small hall. Once the water content approaches zero, the bulbs are pulverized using a special process.

The extraction is dual-stage: once with pure water vapor for all water-soluble compounds, and once with food-grade alcohol for all fat-soluble compounds. As always, no chemical solvents are used, so the natural purity of the high-quality raw material is fully preserved.

The re-dried, pure 25:1 extract is filled into our own vegan capsule shells. 100% free from additives, colorants or fillers. Production has always taken place in Germany under the strictest standards – no compromises.

Recommended intake

Take 2 capsules daily with sufficient liquid. Preferably after a meal.
