Nachdem mir Kapseln immer schwer im Magen lagen, bin ich auf dieses Spray umgestiegen und könnte nicht zufriedener sein. Ein bis zwei Sprühstöße in den Mund-Rachen-Raum, kurz einwirken lassen, das war's. Mir gefällt besonders, dass es flüssig ist und angenehm mild nach Kirsche schmeckt. Über die Wochen habe ich gemerkt, dass ich abends ruhiger werde und leichter einschlafe. Die Glasflasche mit Sprühkopf wirkt sehr wertig und dosiert zuverlässig. Für alle mit empfindlichem Magen eine tolle Alternative zu Tabletten.

Nach längerer Suche bin ich bei diesem Spray gelandet und bereue es keine Sekunde. Die flüssige Form über die Schleimhaut finde ich angenehmer als jede Tablette. Man sprüht abends ein bis zwei Stöße in den Mund, lässt es kurz wirken und legt sich hin. Der Kirschgeschmack ist mild und stört überhaupt nicht. Mit der Zeit habe ich gemerkt, dass ich abends deutlich ruhiger werde und schneller einschlafe. Die Glasflasche mit Sprühkopf ist obendrein sehr ordentlich verarbeitet.
