Fenugreek seedsandfennelThey are traditionally used to promote milk production in breastfeeding mothers. They contain phytoestrogens and saponins, which can have an estrogen-like effect and thus stimulate milk production. Studies and anecdotal evidence suggest that daily intake in the first few days after birth can lead to a noticeable increase in milk production for many women.

DHAIt contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function, vision, and heart function. The positive effects are passed on to the baby through breast milk.

We combine fenugreek seeds and fennel, two plants known to stimulate breast milk production, whose effectiveness has been confirmed in countless studies. We source our fenugreek seeds from our farmer in India, and the fennel in our latest batch comes from a new partner in Greece.

As always, no chemical solvents are used, so the natural purity of the high-quality raw materials is fully preserved.

The dried, pure extracts are then blended with Omega 3 powder, choline, iron, folic acid, and vitamin B12, and filled into our vegan capsules. 100% free of additives, colorings, or fillers. Production has always taken place in Germany under the strictest regulations – without compromise.

We advise against taking this product during pregnancy and breastfeeding, as there are no adequate studies investigating the safety of the ingredients during pregnancy.

Why is the effect of your products sometimes not explained?

We would be happy to provide you with further information and present the studies that we evaluated as part of our product development.

However, there is a problem: For legal reasons, we are unfortunately not allowed to communicate the exact effects of plant-based ingredients, as food supplements are classified as food by law.
This is partly due to the fact that the pharmaceutical lobby is working very hard to ensure that no alternatives to chemical drugs are considered.
