Berberine is a natural plant compound found in particularly high concentration in barberry. It has a characteristic yellow colour and is frequently used in traditional medicine.

So that berberine can develop its full effect, we have added piperine from black pepper. Piperine is known for significantly increasing bioavailability.

Good thing we paid attention to that

Our Berberis aristata extract is obtained from the stem and roots of North Indian barberry and is highly dosed with a pure berberine content.

The extraction is carried out dually, once with pure water for all water-soluble components and once with food-grade alcohol for all fat-soluble components. As always, no chemical solvents whatsoever are used, so that the natural purity of the high-quality raw material is fully preserved.

The dried, pure 20:1 extract is blended with black pepper extract and filled into our own vegan capsule shells. 100% free from additives, colourants or fillers. Production has always taken place under the strictest requirements in Germany – no compromises.

Take 2 capsules every day with sufficient liquid. Can be taken at any time of day.
