Calming Cycle Complex

At the heart of this formula is chasteberry – the classic herb for women, traditionally used around the female cycle. Complemented by lady's mantle and silverweed, which have long been valued in herbal medicine for gentle support.

Added to this is precious saffron as well as vitamin B6, which contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity, and zinc, which contributes to normal acid-base metabolism. This gives you a well thought-out complex that gently supports you through your cycle.

Good thing we paid close attention to this

For the special formulation PMS Intenso, we left nothing to chance. With silverweed, lady's mantle, chasteberry, lemon balm, vervain, griffonia and saffron, we combine seven supportive plants for women's health whose effects have already been confirmed in countless studies. We source silverweed, vervain and lemon balm fresh from Germany, lady's mantle traditionally from Tibet, and chasteberry exclusively from Greece. All our farmers know our high quality standards very well and supply us only with select raw materials. Our griffonia seeds come from Ghana and the saffron from Iran. Here, too, we have deliberately avoided cheaply produced Chinese extracts. Quality has its price.

As always, no chemical solvents are used, so the natural purity of the high-quality raw materials is fully preserved.

The dried, pure extracts are finally blended with vitamin B6, zinc and vitamin C and filled into our vegan capsule shells in equal measure. 100% free from additives, colourings or fillers. Production has always taken place in Germany under the strictest requirements – with no compromises.

Recommended intake

Take 2 capsules daily with a large glass of water – preferably after a meal.

Seit ich diesen Zykluskomplex mit Mönchspfeffer, Frauenmantel und Safran nehme, sind diese Beschwerden deutlich milder geworden. Ich bin ausgeglichener und die Tage vor der Periode sind endlich wieder erträglich. Ich nehme eine Kapsel täglich, sie ist geschmacksneutral und gut verträglich. Nach etwa zwei Zyklen war die Besserung klar spürbar. Für alle Frauen mit PMS eine echte Empfehlung.
