Nettle leavesNettles contain flavonoids, potassium, and silica, which stimulate kidney activity. This increases urine production, flushing excess water and retained fluids from the body. Due to their high potassium content, nettles help to compensate for electrolyte losses that can occur as a result of increased urine production.

buckeyeIt is particularly valued for its positive effects on blood vessels. The main active ingredient, aescin, improves the elasticity and density of the vessel walls. This reduces the leakage of fluid into the surrounding tissue (e.g., in the legs), preventing the formation of edema and relieving the lymphatic system.

Red vine leafIt contains flavonoids such as quercetin and rutin, which stabilize the vessel walls and promote their elasticity. This reduces fluid leakage from the vessels into surrounding tissue.

copperIt contributes, among other things, to the maintenance of normal connective tissue, normal energy metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous system and normal functioning of the immune system.

manganeseContributes to normal connective tissue formation and protects cells from oxidative stress.

We combined three diuretic plants – nettle leaves, horse chestnut, and grapevine leaves – whose effectiveness has been confirmed in countless studies. We source the nettle leaves and roots from our German farmer, the horse chestnut from our new partner in Bulgaria, and the red grapevine leaves from a winemaker in Italy.
