Our Scheunengut® Flora Intenso stands out from many other products thanks to a particularly high number of bacterial strains and colony forming units (CFU): the complex contains a total of 23 bacterial strains and delivers 100 billion CFU per gram. These bacterial strains, including proven cultures such as Lactobacillus casei and Bifidobacterium bifidum, are laboratory tested and play a central role in supporting a healthy gut flora. They support digestion, help maintain the immune system, and help maintain a stable gut environment.

As "bacteria food", Flora Intenso contains acacia fibre, which consists of at least 80% soluble fibre and is also well tolerated by people with fructose intolerance. This fibre acts as a prebiotic, feeding the bacteria in the gut and so supporting their growth and activity.

Another advantage is the special coating of the capsules, which ensures the shell only breaks down after a delay caused by stomach acid. This allows the live bacterial cultures to pass through the stomach unharmed and reach the gut actively – exactly where they are meant to have their effect.

Dosage

Recommended intake

Take one capsule daily with sufficient liquid (e.g. a glass of water) on an empty stomach. For sensitive individuals: it can also be taken together with a meal.

Nach einer Antibiotika-Kur war mein Darm komplett aus dem Takt und eine Freundin hat mir diesen Kulturen-Komplex empfohlen. Ich nehme seit rund fünf Wochen morgens eine Kapsel auf nüchternen Magen und meine Verdauung hat sich wirklich normalisiert – kein Blähbauch mehr und alles läuft viel regelmäßiger. Die Vielfalt an Bakterienstämmen hat mich überzeugt und die Kapseln sind gut zu schlucken. Für alle, die ihren Darm wieder in Balance bringen wollen, kann ich das nur empfehlen. Man braucht nur ein wenig Geduld.

Am Kulturen-Komplex selbst gibt es nichts zu meckern, die Qualität und die hohe Keimzahl überzeugen mich und meine Verdauung läuft damit besser. Leider ist mein erstes Paket auf dem Versandweg verloren gegangen und der Ersatz kam erst mit deutlicher Verspätung. Das hat mich schon geärgert, auch wenn am Ende alles geklappt hat.
