The saw palmetto fruit is known for its high content of phytosterols and fatty acids – it is one of the classic men's plants, traditionally valued for the prostate and urinary tract.

Complemented with pumpkin seed and nettle root – a proven combination for men in the second half of life. Plus selenium, which contributes to normal spermatogenesis and to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

For our special formulation Prosta Intenso, we left nothing to chance. With pumpkin seed, nettle root and saw palmetto fruit, we combine three supportive plants whose effects have already been confirmed in countless studies. We have always sourced our pumpkin seeds and nettle root from Germany. The farmers know our high quality standards very well and supply us only with select raw material. Our saw palmetto fruit is cultivated in Mississippi. Here, we have deliberately avoided cheaply produced extracts from China. Quality has its price.

As always, no chemical solvents are used, so the natural purity of the high-quality raw materials is fully preserved.

The dried, pure extracts are finally blended with vitamin E, zinc and selenium and filled into our vegan capsule shells. 100% free from additives, colourings, or fillers. Production has always taken place in Germany under the strictest requirements – no compromises.

Dosage

Recommended intake

Take 2 capsules daily with a large glass of water – preferably with a meal. Based on the experience of our medical product developers, you can also adjust the dosage according to your body weight: 50-70kg -> one capsule daily, 71-90kg -> 2 capsules daily, 91+ kg -> 3 capsules daily. Depending on the effect, the dosage can be adjusted up or down.
