How much does shipping cost? When do orders have free shipping?
1. In Germany

- From 30€: Free

Why didn't I receive an order confirmation?
If you have created a customer account, you can check there at any time whether we have received your order. If it is listed there, the order has been transferred to us.
The order confirmation may have been placed in your spam folder.
Please check your spam folder to see if your order confirmation email has landed there.
It may also be that you have not entered your email address correctly or that the ordering process has not been completed.
How long does the delivery take?
The delivery time for packages within Germany is 2-3 working days from dispatch.
This usually happens within 24 hours.
For packages to Austria the delivery time is 3-5 working days.
For packages to Switzerland, the delivery time is 3-7 working days.
For packages within the EU the delivery time is 3-7 working days.
According to the tracking information, the package was delivered. But I didn't receive anything.
It sometimes happens that the courier hands the shipment over to another family member or neighbor.
Therefore, please ask these people whether they have received a shipment.
The courier may also have left the package in a safe place near your house or apartment.
If none of these situations apply, please contact your nearest DHL or post office.
Using your tracking number, we can provide you with information about the whereabouts of your package.
